Maintenance questions
Yes — most of our maintenance clients came to us with an existing site. We start with an audit covering updates, security, backups and speed, then tell you what needs fixing before ongoing care begins.
Maintenance clients get priority: we take the site offline if needed, restore from a clean backup, close the entry point and then harden the installation. Recovery for non-clients is available as one-off emergency work.
Off-site, separate from your hosting account — a backup that lives only on the same server as the site is not a backup. You can request a copy of any backup at any time.
Each plan includes an allowance of change hours per month for text updates, image swaps, new pages and small layout adjustments. Larger work is quoted separately before we start it.
Yes, monthly, with no exit fee. Your site, backups and credentials remain yours. We would rather you stay because it is working than because leaving is difficult.
