Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed.

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how NexFrameAI handles personal information submitted through this website. It is written to describe what the site actually does — nothing here is boilerplate copied from elsewhere.

1. Who we are

NexFrameAI is a digital technology and creative services provider offering website development, custom application development, mobile application development, video editing, video production, advertising creatives, CRM solutions and website maintenance.

For any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at info@nexframeai.org or +91 9733469307.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect only the fields on that form:

  • Full name — so we know who we are replying to
  • Email address — to send our reply
  • Phone number (optional) — if you would prefer a call
  • Company name (optional) — for context on the enquiry
  • Service and budget selection — to prepare a relevant quote
  • Your message — the project details you choose to share

2.2 Information collected automatically

When a form is submitted, we also store two technical values alongside it:

  • IP address — used to rate-limit submissions and block automated spam. It is not used to track you across the web or to build a profile.
  • Browser user agent — the browser and device string your browser sends, kept for the same anti-abuse purpose.

We also record which page the enquiry was sent from, so we know what you were reading when you decided to contact us.

2.3 Cookies

This website sets one strictly necessary cookie, a session cookie used to maintain your session and to carry the security token that protects the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.

We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.

3. Why we use it

We use the information you submit only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
  • Prepare a quote or proposal for the work you have described
  • Contact you about a project you have started with us
  • Keep records of business enquiries and agreements
  • Detect and block spam and abusive automated submissions

We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing. If we later start a mailing list, joining it will require you to opt in explicitly.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We share it only where necessary to run this website and respond to you:

  • Our hosting provider — the enquiry database sits on our hosting account and their infrastructure staff can technically access the server.
  • Our email provider — notification and reply emails pass through their mail servers.
  • Legal requirement — if we are legally compelled to disclose information by a valid order from a competent authority.

Where a project requires us to access your systems or your customers' data, that is governed by the separate agreement for that project, not by this policy.

5. How we protect it

The measures actually implemented on this site include:

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections for all traffic
  • Parameterised database queries, so submitted text cannot alter a query
  • Server-side validation and escaping of every submitted value
  • Cross-site request forgery tokens on every form
  • Password hashing for administrative accounts — passwords are never stored in readable form
  • Rate limiting and spam heuristics on the enquiry form
  • Administrative access restricted to authenticated accounts with session timeouts

No system is perfectly secure. We take reasonable, current precautions, and if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you promptly rather than quietly.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects — retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Enquiries that become projects — retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as long as required for business, accounting and legal records.
  • Spam submissions — deleted as soon as they are identified.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct anything inaccurate
  • Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
  • Restrict how we use it
  • Object to a particular use

Email info@nexframeai.org with your request. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for this, and asking will not affect how we treat you as a client.

8. Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. External links

This site links to external websites, including client projects and social platforms. Once you follow such a link, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how third parties handle your data.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be described rather than slipped in.
